I don't think any of the sites you could order from guarantee you would see the set on or before the release date. I think Amazon only guarantees it if you pay to expedite it.

Out of all the places to order Dev stuff from, the one that takes the longest is the Omerch store. It doesn't have the funds, resources, or personnel that the bigger stores have.

Before ordering these releases people need to figure out what is most important to them:

Do they want it shipped to them on or before the release date? Then they should order from a bigger store like Amazon.

If they want extra goodies (signed editions, etc) then they have to search the more specialized stores like the label's and Dev's Omerch. If this is what they want, then one should not expect to get it on time. There are no guarantees. If you want it fast, don't order from these places.

The FAQ's on the Omerch site state:

Anyone else having trouble with the navigation not working on the DVDs? I've only watched Addicted so far and the navigation on the main menu doesn't work at all. If I push my remote's navigation buttons to go up or down (like if I was going to select "Scene Selection" or "Extras"), my TV's screen goes black for about 10 seconds, then the disc turns off. The "pencil" cursor on the menu screen will not move. I've tried it on 2 Blu-Ray players,1 DVD player, and my computer and it behaved the same on all of them.

Yup, I have the same problem with my 'Addicted' DVD. Looks like there was a production error on some.

I'm hoping I wake up tomorrow with my DVDs at my door!

Yeah, me too, it would appear that the Royal Mail attempted to deliver mine at 7:50 this morning.....I was sound asleep dammit! That's probably the earliest they have ever tried to deliver mail to me!

So much for Omerch sending out Dispatch emails.....

i wish royal mail was that quick on my estate, waits in angst, I got mine from a different site that said it'd been dispatched i just hate waiting for the post man to show up.

I ordered from play.com and mine arrived at 10am this morning , will report back if I have any issues with Addicted dvd menu's , other than that it looks great , solid packaging will start viewing later today \m/

Just managed to go pick it up from the collection office.



So far no issues with the Addicted disc menus. Appears to be working as normal.

Hopefully I'll get mine today. If not, then I should get it tomorrow.
