It was a stunning venue wasnt it?

Yeah, it's so clear because a fair bit of post-processing went into that to make sure it was clear and bright, lol. In fact, I only got a few photos, right at the beginning where the window was beautifully illuminated, and I just chopped it out of one of those photos and put it in that photo, haha.

Duuuude, have you got any bigger versions - could do with one of those as my work wallpaper to cheer me up over the next few weeks?!

Haha, well, as it happens I'm sorting out some high-res versions for one of the band members who wants a copy, so I shall post it in here when it's ready.

Yippee! You my friend, are a legend!

I mean, I'm quite sure he could if he just had some extra arms.

What I mean is from the Ghost performances I saw (like NAMM for example) there was no second guitarist, at least in the videos that are on youtube. So I'm curious to hear how different the mix will sound, and maybe be able to tab out some of the songs.

He wasnt playing on all the songs, if that is any help. For a lot of the show he was sitting down and looking quite relaxed and generally pleased. Understandable! His contributions seemed to be generally quite subtle, but then that is what the whole sound (and album) was.

chrys is actually a pretty good friend of mine, most of what he played where rythem parts, but he had a very warm tone as to sit back in the mix

Just back from London and I have to say they were 4 of the best gigs I've ever been to. Ki started things off brilliantly, was absolutely blown away by Anneke's voice for Addicted, Deconstruction is probably my favourite DTP album and all the touches like the cheeseburger, balloons and flags were fantastic, and Ghost was just beautiful, the Union Chapel was the perfect venue.

Had VIP for Addicted and Deconstruction and the band were so nice, the crew (huge thanks to the guy that got me and my missus passes for the balcony for Decon!) And everyone we met there were great

What a weekend

It was long solo journey and I felt a bit of uneasy about my poor English.
Especially, I was so nervous first day. But Devin's show was very exciting!

I didn't believe I was in there!

Thanks for everyone to say hello me, and sorry about I can't speak a lot.
Until next time, I'll try to speak English well.

Hi vaijuju! I didn't see you after show Friday and Saturday too... Did your GF have fun?

It was AWESOME to meet you! :D As someone who is not a native English speaker myself (and a compulsive mumbler and rambler): Language isn't everything. Despite some difficulties, I think we communicated well.. and I am so happy to have met you. ^^,

Faffy, I want to say big thanks to you! Your words encourage me so much!!! I am learning English everyday little by little, I'll try too more!

HIII!!
And uh... a dick just snapped it out of my hand and gave me such a ridiculous little amount of money I don't even want to write it here. Didn't have time to think before it was done. : ( SORRY! I can't be trusted with these things. :P I feel horribly stupid.

No worries, at least you got something for it (hopefully enough for a beer) and at least I now know who not to give it to next time :)

I'll get onto those high res versions in a couple of days. I've been bed-ridden with flu for the past 3 days, a souvenir from London, lol.

Glad I didn't manage to sell my tickets as I went to all four shows and had a good time.
Took my wife to KI would didn't particually enjoy it and thought Devin looked like Tobias from Arrested development.
Took my daughter to the Ghost show and she seemed to enjoy it. Didnt' see any other kids there except Devins son who was playing on an iPad for the whole show.

Looking forward to the dvd's but its a shame that blu-rays won't be produced.

I read somewhere on the internet (more official sources, rather than blahblah) there will be Blurays of the four concerts.

And I'm hoping for a 5.1 mixing too. DTS of course.

I kinda doubt it. If you saw the cameras they were using, we'd really only benefit from the audio quality increase. Dev himself said that Blu-Ray would be too expensive to produce.

the cams were pretty compact for taping, i was always behind them on the sides. They were only taping the stage it looked like that from my angel, so not sure how many shots of fan we'll see. I think just making sure you can hear the songs and devy will work, but with fans in.
