Fly, Feather, Blackberry and Texada... though, since I could only vote three, I omitted Fly. Feather is truly, truly beautiful, every single section of it; Blackberry is gorgeous (as I mentioned in the Blackberry appreciation thread, haha) and Texada... well, not only is the climax of the whole record (for me), it's just so unique sounding! It just has such an amount of individuality as a track; it really is something special. My favorite song on Ghost overall, actually. And, it's second half doesn't go on for a second too long for me, either... it's seriously a great piece to chill out to.

This is a tough one, but:
1. Feather - easily sums up everything about Ghost. Those first chords bring pure joy.
2. Blackberry - fun and uplifting, and probably the "heaviest" song on the album.
3. Infinite Ocean - for me, one of the most mesmerizing songs Dev has ever recorded. It was a hard call between this and Kawaii, which is a very close 4th.

It seems that a lot of people are really fond of 'Infinite Ocean'!

That is weird, because I don't seem to like it that much... :? Maybe I need to listen to it more often.

No matter how beautiful a song Feather is... still, I just love to have fun times with blackberry vines!

Infinite Ocean isn't one of my favourites, but I can see why people like it. By far the most relaxed song on the album. Also, it says in the album credits that it was written by Dev, Mike and Dave. I get the impression that it started off as a jam session (kinda like "Ain't Never Gonna Win" on Ki)

For me, it is all about Fly, Ghost, and Blackberry.

Though, given the ridiculous amounts of greatness each track of the album provides, there is no poor choice.

Between Fly, Feather, and Texada

Fly- I think that there could be no better opener for the album.

Feather- Perhaps the strongest "song". Love it.

Texada- It's definitely the most "epic" moment for me.. It's like the Ki of the album

Fly- Really nice after Poltergeist.

Ghost- Something about the "how about a body..." sections makes me feel amazingly happy.

Blackberry- If there was ever to be an uplifting song, this is it. I get Synchestra vibes big time.

Favorite songs? Wow.
Favorite song would have to be Kawaii hands down. It's just so powerful and perfect.
Then i would have to say Ghost. The entire song is just great.
Then Blackberry. I got a weak spot for the banjo.
But the album is so perfect.

The only song I can say for sure would be in my top 3 would be Heart Baby...I still struggle with picking the other 2 best songs! Good god this album is amazing. Sometimes I'm not in the mood for it, but when I need a pick-me-up as far as temporary emotions go, anything off this album does the trick for me. Can't we just say they're all the best song(s)??

I'll try to decide again in 5 months :D
