Ahh leaks...

The more I think about them, the more I need to piss. Really badly.

I thought that might be a fitting metaphor.

Pretty sure it was a false alarm guys. We can all go back to waiting for the 20th of June or there abouts. Like Addicted I don't expect to hear anything until a week or two before the release date.

Time to put it out of my mind and go and listen to something else.

Good thing Alucard has me hooked on Karnivool.

Heh I'm going back through my CD collection and am listening to stuff I haven't heard in years, some albums for over a decade. eg. Sepultura's Roots!

For my fix of ambient stuff I'm listening to Benn Jordan/The Flashbulb. His albums Pale Blue Dot and Arboreal are fantastic. I'm not normally into electronic music but this stuff has turned me onto it.

Then I'm trying to distract myself with learning new pieces on the guitar!

Win for the Karnivool. Kind of happy the leak seems to not have turned out. I'm enjoying the slow progression of songs we're hearing. So far we've had an edited version of Feather from a compilation cd, Drench, which I undestand isn't going to be on ghost but is still a sweet outtake, and now the radio version of Sumeria. We're officially getting Juular soonish, and I know a lot of people are very excited for that song so these forums should be very happy when that comes out. So yeah, kind of glad it didn't leak (but wish I was listening to the whole thing for the third time already).

I can't say the site in question but its one of the most popular music sites around. And according to somebody on last.fm the leak is still on there without a working tracker so......we still have those odds that nobody with a good ratio would upload a fake.

Sometimes the universe just smiles on you.

I'm here annoyed that I can't hear Deconstruction and decide to check the Flashbulb's website for the first time in a couple of months. It turns out he has just released a new album and its already available for purchase and download! Yay for smart, timely digital distribution!
