Forget Decon, why the fuck would you go to work stoned?

Especially if you work with heavy machinery! WTF?

Leper, please tell me you are not a pilot.

Beginning my eight spin of Decon soon and loving it even more.

The drumming on this record is outstanding!

All cudos possibly available to Kirk and Ryan for that. You guys ROCK!
Devins vocals are off the hinge.
All the parts I thought I wouldn't like upon first listen now sits comfortably
like a big ass in a soft chair. Was not at all what I expected it to be, but
turned out to be way better than what I thought I wanted.

The Mighty Masturbator... Epic. Just so epic.

The only negative thing I have to say about the album is that the
pause between Planet of the Apes and Sumeria should've been a
few seconds longer.

And when that's the only complaint I can come up with...
Yeah. Quite possibly album of the year.

This has to be my third "review"-ish post about it, but
with ever listen there's something new to pick up.
Probably should've waited and written all at once.

Fuck it. If there's any message board that can handle a bit
of rambling, this is it, right?

To infinity... AND SURROUND!

I completely disagree. That immediate transition is downright chilling - it wouldn't have been the same with a longer pause.

What I find funny is that a lot of online advertisements I see now are for hamburger-related items. :D

The third listen is where most of the tracks came together for me. Definitely still needs more time.

Deconstructions sound is so huge and layered that it turns into mush with my pc-speakers. With headphones it is listenable and my god do I like it. Only negative thing is that I got a headache after the third time. Now where is Ghost to heal my head?

Here's a drawing I made to describe the sound: Image

I like it better each time I listen, but what's REALLY of note are the swells of what I can't even describe as epic, but rather something beyond. Towards the end of Stand for example really stands out, but there are definitely others.

That is a damn good point. Ghost is gonna be so awesome!
