haha No man I mean it, just listen to Disruptr, or even Ki, I can totally hear them as part of Decon, the music of course, lyrics must be weirder haha But hey, that´s me after a few times around Decon...

Ok maybe I exagerated a bit, but to me, again to me, the whole DTP is heavy in it's own way, I just hear it like that, for me every DTP album it's heavy, but each with different kind of "heavyness" or whatever. Or maybe it's because I'm not digging decon enough, don't know... God I want Ghost more than ever.

I heard Disruptr in there too....but...SERIOUSLY? Ki is Devin's chillest album out there. You're asking which one is HEAVIER??

The heaviest part of Ki is during Trainfire where Devin screams. That's just precum compared to the monumental ejaculation that is Deconstruction.

When Ki breaks loose, it really erupts. Those parts on Disruptr, Heavens End and even Trainfire are really heavy and loud. Deconstruction definitely heavier all around, but those parts on Ki can compete, easily.

BTW, can anyone post the Master of Ceremonies dialogue from the end of The Mighty Masturbator? I can make out most of it, but not all.

Don't you just love it how Devin added the best singing part of Numbered to The Mighty Masturbator?
It's right in the beginning. I wonder if I'm the first one to notice, probably not.

I love the part where he sings "Ahh, sober, sold the mind" on Praise the Lowered. The way he shifts his voice never fails to amaze me.

I also love the Paul Masvidal-Cameo on "Sumeria". One of the glimpses of sheer beauty on this lovely mess.

edit: Is it just me, or is the guy speaking at the end og "Mighty Masturbator" referring to himself as Ziltoid? How the hell did he got there?

No, I noticed it from the first time. I like how this version differs from the actual "Numbered".

Just listening the first time through my speakers. Damn, you're right! The headphones are good for the details but it's another dimension through speakers.

By the way i really enjoy Dev's fretless bass playing.

Agreed, Its almost the perfect build up. I like Stand, but Praise the lowered is really just a work of art from calm to controlled chaos.

Heavy doesn't have to be chuggin' downtuned guitars, screaming/growling vocals and blastbeats you know? In KI, the heaviness is more on the mental side. It's a feeling. I think in a way it really is fucking heavy record.. On the other hand, Deconstruction.. It's totally different animal alright.

Absolutely agree. Heavy isn't about the amount of distorted guitar you use. I was say Ki is ALOT heavier than Addicted for example. To me devs heaviest work to date is unquestionably Devlab
