After hearing bits and pieces of Stand, I was worried that I ruined the song for myself since I didn't like it much on the first listen (Still need to listen approximately 5 million more times). Though, Sumeria grew on me a ton, and the title track has to be my favorite of the whole album, and I had heard half of it already.

This album is truly a masterpiece, and if Devin honestly feels that Ghost is better, then holy fucking shit are we in for something else.

just finished listening to praise the lowered, such a cool intro to come from awake and the way it ends on addicted into that.. listening to the rest now ... definately pre-ordering this and ghost as soon asap; stands first minute really reminds me of disruptr.. definately not what i was expecting but awesome!! the riff is amazing tho...

The only thing that seriously bugs me about Decon is abrupt transition between PotA and Sumeria. I love Stand, Julaar and Sumeria wholly and unconditionally. Other tracks are still growing on me(half of third listen).
Damn. Around the end of sumeria I still expect finnish dude to interrupt my pleasure.

Just finished my first listen and immediately started the second round.

There are parts so good where I couldn't help myself from screaming
"HOLY FUCKING HELL!" out loud startling my aging father watching football
on the television and there are parts where all I could do was sit with my
jaw in my lap just trying to take it all in. Some places are too massive and has
too much going on at one time to "get" on first listen but already now I can
safely say that this is THE most insane album I've ever heard in my entire life.

This will be played massively from now on.

Oh, and of course I'll be buying it!

So I caved and downloaded it. Listened all the way through.

I don't really know how to describe what I just heard but....DAMN!
That was some crazy shit, I loved it.
You know, if Dev is not as big as say, Rush, by the time he is in is mid-to-late 50s, this presents a problem. Since what Devin has just unleashed is a complete game changer (Hell, his whole discography so far can be consider one big game changer but this is different).

So now that I'm done with that, I'm going to delete the files off of my computer so I can await a 2nd listen after the official release but before I do so, I'm gonna make a few ringtones!

This is a definite pre-order (as well as Ghost if I can).

EDIT: Ah fuck it, I'm gonna keep two songs for my iPod. Pandemic and Juular because they are the shortest ones (and Juular is the single anyway).
