Stolen from the Ultimate Guitar Forum :
AAA on City is in a special tuning (A A A E A E) with the second and third string being the same and first being an octave down.

Don't know if you know this, but is "Planet Rain" from Physicist in that tuning too?

Mmh, I think the whole Physicist album is in that AAAEAE tuning. At least that's what I've always read (though maybe some songs aren't ? as really few songs of Physicist have been tabbed).
