In the Rainy Season - "you'll never take me 'live you'll never take me a live. Godamn...." and then of course "take this away...july, july, july...bring me raaaaaaaain" Then the end of the song with all the amazing vocal harmonies in the background.
All Hail - "All you are is all you are. I'm sorry." There's something incredibly powerful about apologies in metal (see "Planet Rain")
Underneath the Waves - "Tired of waiting..."
Imperial - AHHHHHHHH!!! (intense scream) "We have returned..." ahh, gets me every time.
Skeksis - the interlude leading up to and including the "I'd like to take it easy..." section
Decimator - after the SYL chant, when Devin screams "yes"
Almost Again - 2 minutes in when Devin sings "So, it's over..." in the most beautiful voice ever

I also have to include the song Funeral - this whole song gives me chills
