So folks, have any of you contemplated that even mighty Ziltoid might have some influences, and what they could be? Have you found some that you think are his influences? What about sure? Well I think I am.

My first guess is Star Trek Voyager. I have been watching a lot of voyager lately. It features a character known as "The Caretaker" that could be considered omnidimensional. It features aliens who use the term "Huuuumaaaaaaahnnns". And it features creatures from other dimensions that can and do blow up entire planets.

Anyone else noticed this? Or found any similarities to anything?

I've heard it was one of Dev favourite movie...

His voice reminds me of Marvin the Martian. That, and the poorly-thought-out plans to destroy the Earth. Oh, and the eyeballs. Big honking peepers.

And I keep imagining Herman as the big yeti for some reason.
