Dev - Drumkit From Hell tips?

I've had Drumkit From Hell for a couple years now and have been trying to get a decent drum sound out of it, kinda like on Ziltoid. No matter what I do, they still sound pretty fake. Do you have any tips or pointers at making them sound more realistic?

Are you using ezdrummer DFH or the older, standalone one?
The EZD one is pre-processsed and can be a bit of a pain to get sounding really good.

Get Superior 2.0. It is way better than the first DKFH.
