So, I was wandering around the internet, and looked at Dev's myspace, and find this image:




I love the image, but I don't understand what it's for - Just promotional reasons, or something deeper? I dunno. Was just wondering if anyone had any insight.

Deconstruction perhaps? Taking out all the insides and putting it back together?

That's what I thought - Unless he put on the Ki symbol as a thought, but then disregarded the idea. I remember first seeing this image in the Deconstuction teaser thingy.

There's also that weird anime picture... I'm guessing they were throwing around art concepts before they settled on the giant rainbow monk picture.

Yeah, I'm sure it's just concept work. Seeing as it's not in the booklet or anything.

A little off-topic but still regarding to the photo:

Any idea what the symbol on the neck means? I have tried to read letters off it but cannot come up with anything. I know the SYL symbol, yes. With Alien I noticed it right away and then read about it on the net afterwards. The symbol is also on the Ki CD case but I after staring at it every time I spin the CD (which has been many times) I still cannot come to a conclusion about what it says/means.

That's what I thought. After being so used to symbals representing words with Dev, this time, it actually is a symbal meaning a word.

That picture is Deus Ex Machina.
