I know that you've been gettin' flooded with questions recently, but I couldn't resist...

I HAVE seen your interview with Toazted, and you did speak about why you shaved the skullet - and I totally understand. I was however, looking at some older photos of you with long hair (just as long as the skullet) before you put it in dreads and it looks aweeeeesssomee. I also wandered into another great pic in the vid below.

My question: Why not grow it back? Who cares about what it looks like when its growing and out everywhere (i.e. Infinity era...). Fairly useless question, but it just caught my attention...

I think the baldness suits his more... "matured" style, but that's just my opinion. I completely agree with what he said to Toazted, that it was some sort of "shock" effect, but yeah. Anyhoo, god I love the sound of that demo, the guitars are so juicy.

As strange as it sounds, I think the undreaded skullet looks awesome.

Espeically in this picture:



Not sure why, though. Just suits him there I think.

I think the bald look suits him now though, espeically with 'Ki' (Or so I'd imagine. I've not heard it yet. )

I think the skullet now though just possesses to much of his past for people to move on musically. It's strange how you image can affect your music, and the people who are/are not willing to listen to it.

Which basically sounds like I'm saying Dev's head is a canvas.

Hopefully though you'll know what I mean.

Thats what I said, I love his long hair without dreads. Thats why I pointed it out in the vid

What I love about the bald look is the new promo shots for Ki, with Dev+the hoodie and all. Great stuff

But, I recently cut my hair (not shaved...I cut it to look more professional as I'm a primary school teacher)

I also don't want to grow my hair back because...well...I don't want to.

I like my hair how it is.

Plus it's easier to maintain.....oh shoot......I broke a nail.....

The skullet was all about the 'shock effect' and it turned into a trademark, but he's past that stage now.

It worked for SYL when he was wanting to create an image...

And it's common knowledge that all the luck attained through the rubbing of a bald man's head is nullified when any hair exists. Trust me on this, Irish people know about luck.

If I were Devin's child, I would be ashamed towards other kids for having such a weird daddy. Of course we know there's a normal intelligent human under the hairs, but I think strangers wouldn't take such a person serious. The 'new' haircut is so much more mature.
