Projekt EKO.

It's downright awesome ! I listen to loads of downtempo and techno and nothing compares to it. And this was made by SYL frontman ???!!! Anyway, if Devin's new stuff is gonna be anything remotely like it, I'll believe in heaven on Earth.

I think it would be kind of cool if Devin did another project like EKO...

I think his sense of guitar melody adds a lot to the elements the genre normally consists of...

It really is fantastic, especially "Echo". I've listened to it a lot.

When I listen to it, I got a feeling, Dev was doing that type of music from years !

Project EKO is shiny and it's a nice surprise... Melodic guitars plus smooth electronic background can be a real art.

First track 'Locate' reminds me sometimes of Mike Oldfield from his best period.

Project Eko was a hidden shocker, i bought Accelerated Evolution and didnt expect a 'bonus dissssk', was amazed by what i heard, such nice, relaxing music to chill to, i still can't understand why Dev aint a millionaire! Its a crime how bands like 'Panic at the Disco' can become so successful when people have got Devy to listen to! Nuts i tell thee...

Listening to Devin's EKO makes me wanna kill the pathetic posers who claim to make good electronica.

It really is incredible music. I listen to it whenever I'm studying, reading, etc. Between Hummer, Devlab, and EKO I'll never need any more sleeping music.

*bump*

I recently started listening to Project EKO again, and I mean regularly.
Every day.

I've come to the conclusion that it is the 'nicest' Dev to listen to. It's just sweet!

I really do wish there was a full abum of this stuff.

Fave track is Echo.

I remember talking (or much like confessing seeing as it was mainly one way) with Tracy I believe it was about Devin possibly making more of this E.K.O. project, and the outlook was dull. Wondering if he'll put some E.K.O. related stuff in Ki, that would be awesome. I would go nuts if he released a full length of E.K.O. I stated in another post that E.K.O. is one of my most played cd's out of all of Devin's stuff. I'm glad other people agree!

How do you think the rest of the album would be? I've thought that many times, if Devin did a full length album...

Oh, I'm sure I'd love it. I have a feeling Dev could pretty much pull off any style of music, and do so successfully. It's quite sickening, really. *grin*
