Rumor: DTB/Opeth tour? KICKIN' RAD

From Blabbermouth:
DEVIN TOWNSEND BAND are in talks to possibly open for OPETH on their upcoming U.S. headlining tour beginning in February 2006. No further details are currently available.
DEVIN TOWNSEND BAND recently completed work on their new studio album, "Synchestra", tentatively due in the spring... etc etc etc yadda yadda
Again, this is Blabbermouth, so don't skimp on the salt grains, but one can dream.
EDIT: whoops, guess I was scooped by the "Happy Season" card thread. Well, news to me anyway!

i think they mean north american... quite frankly mikael promised a sold oout opera house (toronto) crowd that they'd be back in february and if he doenst come back i just might have to write an angry letter... with BOLDED WORDS!!!!!!!!

DTB on this tour will most likely not happen. Devin has to record a new SYL record in spring and that has to take priority on his time.
