I'm really interested in hearing how one of my favourite Devy songs sounds live... does anyone have bootleg audio of DTB playing it?

There are plently of bootlegs being shard on soulseek and life has always been played so it should be too hard to play.

Maybe always played by the DTB but when Dev toured Terria he didn't play it.

My mistake. What was the Terria setlist acually? I've always wondered about that

Don't know about the bootlegs... I've got a pretty shitty internet connection, so I don't download much (and I prefer spending my money on originals)
But does anyone know about the ACOUSTIC version of Life? Yap, that one exists - Tracy once mentioned that Dev played it on german radio (along with Hide Nowhere - brought her to tears)
Life is the first Dev song I heard - I still love it and I'm so damn curious about what the acoustic version of it sounds like.

I have a version of Hide Nowhere from German radio...but I have never seen a similar version of Life. What source are you taking the evidence for its existance from?
Acoustic Dev rocks.

Just as I said, it's from an interview with Tracy. Unfortunately I don't know where I read it. I don't bet my ass that I'm right, but I'm pretty sure that he performed both, Hide Nowhere and Life, acoustic on german radio...
And as the proud owner of the Official Bootleg I totally agree with you... ACOUSTIC DEV ROCKS MY HAIRY ANUS!

I believe you, and it makes sense...I was just hoping for some clues in tracking down the song!
So if anybody has this, I will give you a coupon for 10 Rusty Trombones (TM) fro Lars in exchange...

Oh man, now there are two reasons to get this song...
1. I wanna fuckin' hear it!
2. I can trade it and get the trombones!!!

Holy shit! An acoustic version of life??
That would be sooo awesome to here. The acoustic set is my favorite thing to hear/watch on my Official Bootleg CD/DVD. Yes, I bought both. Well worth it too.

Something like this:
Truth
Velvet/All Hail
Seventh Wave
Oh My Fucking God
Mountain
SYL
Earth Day
Deep Peace solo
Om (intro)
In the Rainy Season
The Complex (sometimes Namaste)
Regulator
War
Detox
Bad Devil

Were the solo songs and the SYL songs really interleaved? I thought they were played in two separate blocks.
And whoa, "Om" live.

Yeah, they were intertwined like so. They were two seperate sets on the Infinity tour, but for Terria it was all one big set. And Om was only the intro, I should have marked that... edit time, heh....

We actually got Namaste in Melbourne for that show, if I recall correctly.
