Who published the first albums?

I'm having a presentation for my class tomorrow, and I'm a bit confused. Ocean Machine says it's published by HevyDevy, the biography says HevyDevy was founded about at the same time as Ocean Machine was published, and the discography says USG published it. Also, what was Sony's role with Infinity? I've heard they published it in Asia, but I'm not sure. Where was HevyDevy in all of this?

i always thought it was devin's works. i couldn't tell you though i haven't completely learned all of the dev's musical past.

Sony published Infinity in Asia, yes ... Ocean Machine was published by USG records in 1998

Yes. As I understand it USG published Ocean Machine, but it was produced under the banner of the newly founded Hevy Devy Records...
