Favorite Epic?

What's your favorite Devin Townsend epic? We all probably have different ideas what makes a song an epic but just to make it easier I only included songs that are 8 mins or longer. Forgive me if I am leaving out any bonus tracks or demos, I only have the 5 regular releases. Anyway, vote away.

Voted for Earth day, but Deadhead works well while driving home from Sweden Rock Festival, tired, hungover, sad that it's over and a little dead in the head...

Actually I think Planet Rain is my favorite 'epic' song! This song, to me, seems like more of an epic than the others do. Although I do love all of the other songs, (it goes without saying that there isnt a Devy song i dont like), and they all are my favorite songs from their respective albums, apart from Terria in which case I like The Fluke more than anything, It always seems to me like Planet Rain is his ultimate epic.
This song is the best on the album.
No question.

Wow, I guess I should have expected results like these. Initially I couldn't decide between Funeral and Bastard so I went with Earth Day. I coulda voted for any of them though, they're all so damn good.

Ack. I always cheat and go with "my favorite song is Funeral-Bastard-The-Death-Of-Music". I very rarely listen to them individually...one giant epic!

I participated in this cuz even though I'm in the DTB..... I'm still a huge fan of all of Dev's music whether I played on it or not ! My vote went to Earthday followed very closely by Funeral. Both song's are epic and truly amazing but Earthday is just a perfect song / listen from start to finish !

Leave it to a woman to like a song because it's long and good....I prefer Bastard because you get it all in one song: the mood, the anger, the confusion, and the Dev Wall-O-Sound..(not soldout in storesssss)
