Yeah Neil is starting with a skullet. Beard/Glasses/Facial bone structure etc according to most of my mates are very similar. How odd.

I'd love nothing more than to play live with Dev again, if it ever happens I'd be more than honored. I'm just stoked to be jamming with my bro again and having fun playing the various styles of music he throws at me. It's always an adventure with the Dev and always fun.

To answer your question,

It definitely is an interesting learning curve with Dev.

You never know what to expect from the guy. He's so versatile musically and always has a pre-conceived idea on what he wants from every instrument. The man always has a vision and it's just a matter of connecting with that vision, which I have done several times and look forward to doing more of in the near future. Every time I jam with him he always has something new to challenge me with, whether it be remembering a 9 minute song or playing a crazy beat or drum fill. I love playing with musicians who make me a better player.... Dev is one of the very few I've EVER played with who can do that convincingly. I think he's made everyone he's played with a better player from myself to Gene to Duris to Jed to Byron to Dave to Brian and the list goes on.... It's a blast and an honor to play with guy and to be close friends with him. He's just a normal, kind and caring dude who happens to make fucking awesome music!

Devy Poo !!! You won't forget about Montreal don't you ??? Foufounnes Electriques ... Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan ! You guys couldn't make it to Quebec City last time with Opeth (for Synchestra) ... I went there for nothin' (Opeth is good but still ...) but you guys messaged me and of course it was ok ... But i was so disapointed and felt so unachieved (i know i know it's fuckin' crazy) ... But Now, with what seems to be your masterpiece (since Infinity) i hope to see you there ... I went through crazy shit and man i will rise like a Phoenix from my ashes when i will hear that album (or let's say 4 albums) ... So seeing you LIVE one last time (at least) in Montreal would, of course, close the circle for me.
