Night.

"Say you'll come back to the city, come back with me please!"

Even after 10 years of first hearing it, it still has potential for inducing shivers down my spine.

The part in Processional "so much beauty, stay strong and focused with God among us forever we stand! wake up.. wake up.. wake up..." it's intergalactic pleasure for the ears

Without a doubt, "The mountain high! The river low! (oooooooaaaaaaaa)"
Accompanied by the massive swelling crescendo of the backing vocals. That part gives me chills, shakes, and involuntary muscle twitches in my back all at the same time. And maybe a tear or two. I'm a sensitive sap when it comes to powerful music. Terria in particular has many of those big powerful, choir type vocal moments, which is why I love it so much.

For non-chorus stuff I'll take the last verse of Deadhead.

Have to echo the acknowledgements for Almost Again, best SYL vocal performance. Such an awesome song too. The last verse is my fav.

Infinity:
"If... You... EVERRRRRRR, NEED A FRIEND IN ME"
All of Ants (Shit is fucking HECTIC)
The vocals in Noisy Pink Bubbles

Ocean Machine:
"And it's the grey days I remember the most"
"BAAAAAAAAAAAAASTAAAAAAAAAAAARD"

Physicist:
"The rain is one, Of earth and sun, For you and me and everyone"
"Ahhhhh, these are the days, let em' roll, as they roll"
"IIIII KNOWWW YOUUUU, AT LEAST I THIIIINK I DO"
All of Planet Rain

Terria:
"All the time I needed your approval to be me, All that time spent waiting for the jury duty..."
"Writing and eating and shitting and sleeping, in rain or in shine... etc."
"Feel like there's no... Feel like there's no... Feel like there's no"
Whatever the fuck Dev is saying in "Humble"

Accelerated Evolution:
".... IF YOU WANTED TO, SAAYYY YOU WANTED TO, IF YOU WANTED TO SAAAVE THE WORLD"
"YOUUUUUUU AREEEEE, THE SUN GODDESS!!!!!!"
"Slow meee.... DOWWWWWWWN!!!"

Synchestra:
"HEY!" (Hypergeek, lol)
"You are, the raiiiiinbowww... etc." (Not Dev, but still epic)
"And there's a FREEEEE way, a FREEEE way, a FREEE way, to carry you hoooooooome"

Ziltoid:
"WOOOAAAAA, who DARES awaken the PLANET SMASHER?!"
All of The Greys

Ki:
"BE A GOD DAMN MAN, BOY!!"
"So you... and I... we TAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALK A LITTLE"
"Trainfire up and down the LIIIIIIIIIIIIINE"
"SOOOOOOOOOO WE FAAAAAAAAALL, ON WAAAAARM SIIIIIILENCE!!"

I think that's pretty comprehensive, lol

On another note for possible input from Dev, On the Safe Zone DVD, during Deadhead when you sing "Will you SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAVE ME?!!" near the end, was your head about to explode? It looked like it, and that was an ungodly high scream.

yeah the death of music always comes to mind for me...sounds like devin singing from a mountaintop

Sunday Afternoon is a great one too because accelerated evolution is all so emotionally tense and when that song comes around the vocals are subdued and you kind of feel that tension released like he's come to terms with the struggles in the timeline up to that point

that said, it was the peak of 'Storm' that caught my attention back when i thought devin and the DTB were just some other soulless progressive band

By Your Command is amazing through-and-through:

"Oh.. the physical race
You're dying!
Oh with physical grace.."

"Now I know,
All I ask is,
We are not,
We are not to blame,
For all I have learned now,
We are not to blame!"

"I'm flying...
Over physical,
I'm flying,
Over physical waste,
I'll keep it light, and stay awake."
