Did I miss something? Synchestra is almost perfect the way it is and I love it, but wasn't it supposed to contain a re-recorded version of an earlier song that apperead on a Dev-demo (Ass-Sordid or Christeen+4)

I've read that Notes From Africa is an old concept that Devin dusted off for this new album, but that's not anything like Ocean Machines MK II or Sit In The Mountain MK II or something. Was all this already discussed

Devin says a lot, and only acts on maybe half of what he says. So it's quite possible that there was supposed to be some extra material on Synchestra...but nothing that I know of. "Notes From Africa" was originally slotted to appear as a bonus track on Terria, I believe...

Might've got dropped for Vampolka, maybe?

There was another song recorded for the album, but it didnt really fit the whole vibe so it got dropped. Wont tell ya what song in case it gets used for something else.

A future Japan release of the album? So far, the Sony Music Japan website doesn't mention Synchestra at all...

I was wondering about that, it's probable thats where it will end up. Which means I'll be getting an import for one track, and still I can't wait!
