Hey all,

For those of you who want to buy Synchestra SE through Amazon.com here is the link...

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CC ... nce&n=5174

I'm really looking forward to this one. I remember first getting switched onto Devin when I heard "Funeral" (from OM) played on the local, public access radio station. I couldn't get enough of that song...nor the album. If Synchestra touches similar emotions it should be amazing!!!

That should work. If not, I guess the folks at CD Inzane got tired of selling CDs and wanted to try something different.

I would be wary of this for anyone living in the Americas. The website said that the special edition they have is from Europe, which probably means the DVD is encoded in PAL, not NTSC, and won't be viewable on your DVD players. I don't know this for sure, but is it worth risking? I'm going to wait for Tracy to confirm they have it in and order it straight from HDR.

I assume the DVD will be Region 0 ?? But will there be seperate versions of the DVD in NTSC and PAL formats or just the one?

I imagine it'll be as the Alien mini-dvd was.....R0 and NTSC. They might do a PAL one as well, but I doubt it.

Ah okay thats cool. If my TV can play NTSC does that mean its all good or is it likely my DVD player(s) won't be able to play NTSC?

I think most modern DVD players will convert the signal to either PAL or NTSC anyway. Both of my DVD players do. You may have to change the settings a bit possibly, but it should be ok. Also, most bonus DVDs are region free...so it is quite likely you will be able to play this disc.

Yeah saves the bother of releasing different versions in different regions, which I assume would push the release weeks back

You'd definitely be able to play it back on your PC, whatever the colour format
