Tracy: Since Dev is taking time away from DTB and SYL, and did not "re-up" it seems with Century Media, does this also mean that his contact with InsideOut Music is/has come to an end as well?

I'm not Tracy, so I don't know, but I thought Inside Out was for distribution only, not records?

That's cool...they always put out great quality Dev stuff (and others). I may actually "use" only the normal jewelcase stuff, but it's cool to collect those special edition digipaks...and their roster of acts is one of the best, IMHO.

The deal with Inside Out seems to be continually re-negotiating so we are still there for the foreseeable future. They are good to us. They let us put out puppet music without questioning. How can you fault that?

I'm very glad to hear this and I'm especially glad to hear that the've been good to you guys (you really don't hear that too much these days, especially from a record company)! I'm a professional marketing manager myself, so I can appreciate a great working relationship with clients. I love the IO label myself from a customer view and from a roster view; as they have some excellent talent. I'm also a sucker for those "special limited" digis, that never seem to be that limited.

At any rate, I really see music as a full package deal; art, special stuff and all. I always have and really don't care for downloading...to me it is like getting only half of the deal! I guess you can tell I work with print - gotta have the full color art spread!! But I digress.

Nevertheless, IO has quality stuff all the way around and that should suit Dev just fine, as Dev equates to quality IMHO. I have all the SE Dev stuff and just got the Ziltoid 2CD Euro-digi (puppet muisc -LOL). That poop skit kills me every time - I mean full belly laughs!!
