In that picture, the regular editions all have a 1 in the orange box in the top-right corner. On the special edition, the artwork has the 10c, like the image you posted up of the artwork back in March.

Basically, I was just wondering why the regular edition has a 1 instead of a 10c...

Cheers,
Mark.

Just an addition: The booklet inside the special-edition-digipak has the "1", too.

hmm

so, I think that means at some point someone made room for a 2.

Could be an 'issue 1' sort of thing, if Devin ever makes a second Ziltoid-related album.

We changed it to a "1" for a few of reasons.

1. People in other countries with different currencies may not know what a cent is.
2. Devin does hope to do a series of Ziltoids
3. There is a law in Canada that the posted price is what it must be sold for. On the obscure chance, I didn't want some idiot challenging on a technicality that because it said 10 cents, that was the price.

Series of Ziltoids! Well that's lovely news!

Have InsideOut not got the memo and changed the Special Edition artwork or something? Seeing as theirs still says 10c..

The booklet inside says "1". Maybe the digipaks were already printed when they decided to change it?

I actually remember learning about that. Kudos to who ever thought of that to change the cover :P

I hope I get my copy soon, I sent the money order about a week ago :)

I remember wondering about that when I first saw the artwork, then I though "nah, that's so dumb"...that really should have told me that it was bound to be a law!

Hahaha. But Ziltoid may have sold 10 million copies in Canada, though!

Oh that's what the 1 is about.
Tracy's right... here we don't have use 1-cent coins anymore or stamps for that matter.
