Hi Tracy. I'm fairly new here!

I was wondering about Devin's ratio of songs he writes and uses, and writes and rejects. For a man who is constantly busy writing songs for various things does he either work on an idea until he gets it how it wants it for the album, or does he write a shedload of songs and end up rejecting ideas that don't work as he wants them to?

Oh yeah, and whose idea was it to call the label "HevyDevy"?!

I don't know the answer to this, but I would say Devin probably writes a lot. Reading the liner notes in Ass-Sordid I suggests this with the odd songs like "L.A.," "Amsterdam," "My Girl" and "That's Life" that were written in hotel rooms and shit.

I could be wrong, too.

The ones that get rejected never turn into songs. They get only as far as a couple of riffs then are thrown away.
