Sounds like another language to me... The accent sounds french, at least.

lol....the reason I asked is because I believe she´s speaking Icelandic.......but what she is saying is really weird. I can only hear it properly if I´m using headphones.

Hello I'm french and I understand what the woman is saying...'Cause She speaks french!Yes It's logical...
However I'm sorry for my bad english.
The woman is talking about manifestations against the opening of the Quebec's frontiers.Something like that...But It's not very clear.

Mmh the transition between Canada and Down and Under is French.
But the beginnig of Deep Peace isn't.
Isn't the end of mountain a Chinese commercial ?

Yep, I remember Dev saying that it was sampled from a commercial because there is a large Asian community in Vancouver so there are many Asian commercials

It's not? I'd think it'd be pretty hard for someone (eg. Paul up there) to hear entire french words or sentences in something that isn't french... but possible I guess.
