Hello fellow devites!!

i have posted a new demo track at

www.myspace.com/themealsbeastexperiments

give it a listen and leave a msg, comment, tell me what you think!

i'm working on a lot of material at the moment, This death metal cd project i'm doing will be out next year fingers crossed and hopefully some Mealsbeastexperiments will be finished by then too. damn musicians want me to pay them to play on the recordings, for some reason they wouldn't just accept nachos and cheese.

So yes, Add me too please!!

much love to all of you, the best forum ever, love the discussions that go on!!

peace from mealsbeast for now

I don't know if it's my work computer's crappy sound card, but it sounds like it has severe dynamics problems (i.e. clipping like fuck in louder moments and shred solo near the end being bit quiet). Other than sound problems, it's ridiculously epic, sort of weird people want to be paid to work with such material. Is all that "band" stuff obsolete or what.

ummm, doesnt seem to be clipping on my end, it is a heavily unfinished version, as the drums will be converted to drummer superior 2.0 and the guitars are direct outs still (ick) i got hold of a 5150 so i'm gonna use that. BUt yeah man, it could be that the speakers couldnt handle a few parts in there, as it is really bare and there is a lot of sounds trying to peak to the top.

Man you know whats funny? the drummer i'm working with can play all of my material hands down, except he HATES all the melodic crap i do, he just wants death metal and nothing else! but i did find a drummer who would give it a crack and he's a pro thats why he wants to get paid :( fuck band shit, superior 2.0 is coming my way!

Hey Mealz...I remember you!

Track is epic, awesome, love it.

I agree that it does sound a bit raw....but hey, it's a demo.

You can play in my basement any time you want. Well, if I had a basement.

That was indeed problem with my workstation and its builtin sound turdifying system, it does sound good on proper speakers.

That's bad, I'm actually bit fed up with samey sounding programmed drums on many recordings. Damn conservatists and their death metals.

The melodic stuff in your music is awesome !

This is indeed epic and it has many cool styles, I really dig.

P.S. Fuck the bitching drummer. Use drumkit from hell.

So how's it going? Looks like myspace upgraded its artist profiles, but apparently keeps the tradition of implementing shit that doesn't exactly work.

also screw myspace !!!

get on reverbnation

and the big one is last fm which is litterally 50 times more effective than myspace

Reverbnation is small but super easy to search for fans

and both are online radio so you end up getting new fans by doing nothing
