Cool, I remember hearing demos of this awhile back... Downloading now, and listening to the first track-- I'm actually really disappointed that the lead guitar in this song is mixed so far back (I can barely hear it at all!), it was what made the demo so awesome. Oh well, still enjoyable stuff... I just wish you could hear that awesome lead line, I loved it so much in the demo. (Could just be the compression that's pushing it back, there is quite a lot of it)

EDIT: Oh, just a note, you might want to put a tiny bit of silence before the start of each track, when playing it in some players it skips a tiny bit of the start, so sounds sort of weak coming in (Conclusion had this problem as well). I dunno if that makes any sense... Most albums have it though, it's generally a good idea.

Just finished listening to it-- Cool stuff! Apart from The Core (love that song), my favorite tracks were probably Their Contact and Radiant Storm. Some nice ambient tracks, too.

It'll take a few more listens to really absorb the album, but I dig it so far. Considering I don't generally listen to much of the more extreme stuff, I'd say that's a good thing.

Downloaded this last night. Had a quick listen to a few tracks...brutal as always!

Perhaps not my favourite kind of music but this is impressive none the less. I am always extremely amazed you get the kind of sounds that you do and then offer the thing for free! A very professional sound, and the artwork too.

When are you going to get a record deal, huh?

Probably never, Finland is not a good country for industrial metal But I don't think I'll want a deal anyways, as then I can't spread the stuff so well. Perhaps a distribution deal someday.

I wouldn't really call it industrial metal; the only real resemblance is the programmed drums, and even they don't really sound like the sort of really fake, jackhammering industrial drums you tend to hear in industrial metal. Some black metal bands use drum machines, don't they? I'd say the only real industrial element comes in the more ambient-ish interludes. The whole thing sounds more like death/black metal to me. Not to put it down or anything like that, just saying I don't really hear the 'industrial' to it.

And yeah, I can't imagine you'd have too much trouble getting signed if you ever desire it.

There's a whole bunch of electronics and synths going on almost all the time Sometimes even more than some average, simple industrial songs.

I think I've had this discussion with someone else too. It's just down to whether the emphasis is on industrial metal or industrial metal. There's two entirely different styles available depending on the scale tipping

industrial metal being stuff like FLA in the Millennium/Hard Wired-era, Cubanate, Carbon 12, Steril at their hardest, RTPN, and so on. And industrial metal being stuff like Fear Factory, Ministry, older SYL, ...and Oceans, newer Samael, older Rammstein, etc.

I suppose it comes down to what one's personal definition of 'industrial' is-- for me, synths and electronics don't necessarily make it industrial, my definition is more along the lines of lots of noisy samples, drum machines/found percussion, and an overall gritty and 'broken' sort of sound. Kind of like an old, rusty machine chugging along at twice its original speed, coughing up its own parts now and then.

That's just how I picture it, though. The term 'industrial' is pretty vague in the first place (unless you're a purist and think nothing but Throbbing Gristle is 'real' industrial), so I suppose it's really up to the artist.

I have to say, the vocals are really good as opposed to what they used to be like. I have to give you a huge well done on that part =P. You are indeed very good. I highly appreciate the work that you do, and I think you've put out solid release after solid release. Keep the metal going =D.

I'm currently working on some industrial things for the next album, and then do a few more metal songs to have about 12 songs for the next album's recording sometime in Feb/Mar 2008
