Okay, I hate promoting my own shit because of personal habits of self-depreciation but I am trying to get passed that and make sure people know what we're doing!

What I do is Maximum Sexy Pigeon, so far we are a 3 piece from Sydney, Australia and befittingly enough, we're all big Dev fans.
We are currently finishing up the process of making our debut EP (Previous demo notwithstanding) and hopefully there can be an SYL influence in there. We're not technical musicians by any means, hell, I have only played guitar for about 3 years (Been a bass player for 11) and since I wrote it all, it's simple a shit, but thanks to the wonders of the open C tuning, I can wing my way through a lot of shit without forming structured chords! Go lazyness and the uneducated!

So far we have a couple of songs up for consideration, had one included on a compilation CD and been getting some decent reviews of what is available so far. With any luck that will continue and we can build on that to make better songs, so it's early days yet.

The style is right down there in the industrial metal bracket, we have already been compared to Ministry and Godflesh, so it is very guitar driven rather than synthy and dull like a lot of what passes for industrial these days.

I approve of this.

It's ballsy and gritty Industrial for the most part. Reminded me more of Rob Zombie and Turmion Katilot, but with less industrial gimmicks.

I hope this gets more attention.

You've got a way cool sound, I agree with the other post about the more industrial, ballsy, gritty Rob Zombie feel. Nice Full Metal Jacket soundclip in that one song, also.

Only think I'd suggest, and this is just my feelings, is I'd turn down the volume on the vocals a little. And lyrically, sometimes, it felt like it meandered just a liiittle bit. But, man, those are minor nitpicks, this is great stuff. Your production value is rad, I envy it.

Well, small things aside, I am not the best songwriter and I am slowly honing my craft, most of these songs haven't been fully leveled yet either.
Lyrics can be odd with me though, if I write a song around the lyrics, the lyrics were planned and work really well, if it's the other way around, the lyrics don't seem to have as much meaning because they were thrown in over the top.
All things that can be ironed out with experience!

Anyway, thanks for the constructive feedback, good to know that people are liking it and the seen problems are not lost on us.

Also, the 'production value' is still low, but the other bloke doing all the recording and mixing (A.D) is a motherfucker at it and can get a hell of a sound with very little, he knows how to use his programs! Everything sounded pretty shit before he got his hands on it.

I heard of these guys before. dont trust that A.D. fellow though
