I recently made a song, very New-Agey Electronic drone stuff, but EPIC-sounding, being a Dev fan haha. I tried my hand at fabricating some sonic booms from scratch, they occur during the big eargasm at 2:37, at 3:16, and at the end at 4:13 when u can hear it without much of the music covering it up.

Anyone else try and make a sonic boom? I really wanna try and tap into those sub-sonic frequencies that you "feel" more than you hear.

Thanks, I made them on an old Roland JX-8P then used a lot of filtering in Audacity. Some of the louder "depthcharge" tones are from a patch I named 1984, after the Van Halen song haha. Sounds JUST like it.

My brother has an Alpha Juno 2 buried somewhere, but I'm afraid I'm too lazy to mess with it, softsynths are damn convenient.
