Yeah kind of an Orgy type sound. I dig it. What recording software do you use? Have to thought of Dfh or DrumCore or some software like that instead of a true live and hopefully breathing drummer?

Hey thanks a lot man. We use Reason. If you make electronic music I firmly believe it is the be all end all of DAWs. The drum program, Redrum is absolutely legendary. We'll do all the keys and percussion in Reason and bring it over to Protools for vox and guitars. We're now in the process of getting a V-drum kit for live purposes.

Dont laugh but I use FL studio cause it was cheap, and really easy to learn. I use Audition for everything else that I play live. FL studio is a NIGHTMARE to record into but Auditon was easy cause I learned a long time ago when it was cool edit pro. Having VST support in Audition is killer. I will check out reason but I really dont want to learn another program.

Yeah if you don't want to learn another program I would wait until you have the patience, Reason has a pretty substantial learning curve. Took months of fiddling and youtube videos to really get our bearings, and we are still figuring out all manner of cool shit we didn't know before.

We started using Reason when we did Paramount for Omega Experiment....Great program.
