Hi,

After few days of hitting keys (white ones) of my new MIDI keyboard with my head I managed to generate some vaguely electronic sounds. It's tossed together with handful of free VST instruments and drums from Proteus X2 (they bundled it with keyboard together with few CDs of mostly hip-hop oriented samples, how nice of them). Shittier parts are these where I was ambitious and tried actually record something live with the keyboard instead of just feeding the sequencer with notes with it.

Download here if you want to irretrievably waste 3.5 minutes of your life.

I was hoping this thread would be you confessing that you are responsible for this.

You sound a bit like a combination of VNV Nation and Wumpscut. I like it, but I'm not crazy about electronic music. I think it sounds like polyphonic ringtones. If it were more bleepy and boppy I'd probably like it, think Kraftwerk? Good job on making something beautiful, though. :D

Thanks. Looks like I picked worst possible moment to post something here with all this Ki-preview fever :).

Yeah, technological progress screwed electronic music over, you can fit massive synthesizer in small program or a cellphone now, that makes being snobbish pretty difficult. I still like electronic bleeps though, love it since 80s and its bleepy computers.

I really liked that! It has got a very Wumpscut vibe to it, as madame above pointed out.. Definitely keep it up and put more on here! I thoroughly enjoyed that 3.5 minutes. :D Nice work!

Saved this track into my enormous HDF track pile.

Really enjoyed this one. Well thought out, record and played very nicely. Your beeps were beeping and your blips were blipping.

Quality. Keep it up!

Thanks, I'll try to bleep from time to time.

(uploaded slightly changed version, without weird stereo-widening effect, which doesn't work like I would want, with some added bassage and improved velocity on drums Here. Quality may or may not be improved)
