Ok, so I bought drumkit from hell 2. Right now I am completely lost. I have no idea how to record the samples, and how to place all the samples together into a drum beat. This is my first drum program so sorry if this is a stupid question, but any help at all is appreciated.

I've never used DKFH2's interface, but until someone better comes along, I'll try and see whether I can help...with zero knowledge, so this should be fun.

In order to record a drum beat, you'll need to use DKFH as a VST/Plug in in your sequencer and make your beat in there (either programmed or using a midi interface)....then when you assign DKFH to the channel you've put the drum track on, it should play back..

Thanks for the help....I'm slowly getting this. Im trying to use it as a plugin with fruity loops but I can't find out how.....Ill eventually figure it out. The box lied, it said it didnt need a sampler  . Oh well I'm fine with using fruity loops.

It came with probably the worst manual I have ever seen.....no joke. It wasn't even made for drumkit from hell, it was a general manual for all products using the kontakt audio engine. It explains almost nothing.

Wow, I would have expected more since the guys that make DFH are real pro´s (audio-wise anyway). Glad you worked it out, keep programing then show us your stuff!

uhm, fruity loops is not really the best program to use drumkits in.
I would recommend a good audio producing program, like Logic.

Yeah, the only problem is I really can't spend the money on another program right now so I'm stuck with fruity loops
