So, how much of a stereotypical internet pinko pseudo-intellectualist are you? Well I differ in details: I hate collared shirts, have plenty of band ones instead, don't know squat about comic books, also don't have that broad musical taste really. Not sure about the old people too, don't know that many of them.
But rest of that - yup, I'm a bit lefty, I know lots of random, useless trivia I read on the internet, love pub-level psychology/philosophy, have read lots of usual Adams, Lovecraft and King books, like to consider myself a non-militant atheist and I'm pretty appaling socially. There go remains of my sense of uniqueness :>
I'm testing something. I just want to know if you're "that guy". If you follow enough of these, lemme know.
You prefer to wear clothing with no labels on it, clothing that isn't from a distinct time period. Jeans and a plain (maybe collared) shirt will do it for you most of the time. If you care about fashion at all, you like a vintage or grunge look.
You've got a wide variety of what people would describe as "random knowledge". You read all the books everyone was assigned in high school (probably on your own), and then some. You are familiar with H. P. Lovecraft. You read The Hitchhiker's Guide. You might like Stephen King. You know enough about comic books, psychology, philosophy, and science fiction to hold a conversation about them. You like history, some art, literature, and science.
When it comes to music, you like a bit of everything, but particular favorites include music that makes unique use of the bass, and experimental music. Some genres you might enjoy are punk, folk, doom metal, trip-hop, or jazz. You do not identify yourself by the music you listen to.
Your sympathies lie with communists, libertarians, or anarchists, even if you have recognized these ideas to be imperfect. You are an environmentalist, though not a radical. You prefer to be thrifty.
If you are an atheist, you aren't the obnoxious kind. You like to take an analytical, anthropological approach to religion and spirituality (including your own).
Gender roles aren't your thing, really. Old people seem to like you. You can make people laugh, but that doesn't mean you're very popular or social. Mostly you keep your interests to yourself.
