If so i would really like to thank my workplace. I quit smoking cigarettes at home in January and since then only smoked at the workplace. Don't know what it was but i always affiliated work and smoking. Two weeks ago the RN here ordered me some of that nicotine gum and it arrived a few days ago, about 45 packs, and i have managed to be with smoking for 2 weeks at the workplace and almost 8 months at home. I only get the urge to smoke in the mornings and eat 2 pieces of gum a work shift compared to the recommended 1 every hour.
