So I was sitting at home listening to Ki waiting for the Coast video to come out, and I got a call from a girl asking if I was busy. I said not really so she kidnapped me and took me to a party at her friends apartment. After a while I sat down and everyone got settled, and as I'm sitting there I hear the opening of Velvet Kevorkian. I immediately screamed "strapping young lad!" and the guy operating the music asked if I listen to Devin Townsend. So I said hell yeah and the party quickly descended into a nerf-gun battle set to Ziltoid music \m/

After a while the guy who set the music said "you should meet my friend Hughie, he's a huge Devin Townsend fan and he's on some kind of street team or something." I knew right away what that meant. So he made a phone call and after a while Hughie came over, we hit it off, and that was that. Small world.

He said he'd been on the forum for about three years, but he hadn't been on recently because he doesn't have a computer at the moment. He made me promise to tell y'all that he says hi and said that you'd know who he was...he'll be back soon too, he's getting a new computer.

So if anyone has similar stories or would like to say hi to Hughie i guess you can do it here, but I had to tell you guys my story

...now I'm off to search for the Coast video

I met Kiven when he came to Eindhoven just to meet me. Coincidentally, Anathema and a few other bands were playing so we saw them and hung out for a bit.
