Why, may you ask? I wrote parody lyrics entitled "Semen of the Fall" and I want to send my completed work to Mikael Akerfeldt and he will, in turn, make babies with me. Anyone have one, or know where I can get one?

Uhm...God I hate to say this...I recorded an instrumental version of it a while ago...it sounds pretty horrible to me (i could probably re-mix it and use Addictive Drums and make it better in about an hour tops)

But the real question is...do I want Nathan making a parody of one of my favorite songs with something I recorded?

Yes, it would be your penance for recording a pretty horrible cover version of one of your favourite songs in the first place.

Besides you will be helping to facilitate Nathan's art, which will give you a warm fuzzy feeling.

Eh, by horrible I meant the levels were low, it's quiet and the drums sound bad(typical EZdrummer bullshit)

Look man, I don't give a flying fuck about the quality of the drums, I'm just glad it's not terrible beatboxing because if I tried to record the song myself, that's what the drums would be. By giving me this audio file you are participating in something truly special, a collaboration between two strangers over the internet! It's like if me and you were both blindfolded and naked...no, bad analogy. If you want, I can do two versions, or something. I just really, really want you to give it to me. I will do anything you wish, unless said wish is me:

1. Leaving the forums
2. Changing my avatar
3. Not recording it
4. Not posting naked pictures of myself
5. Destroying my computer

7. Doing laundry
8. Any thing that involves work, really

Ok it's done...It sounds way better with slight level readjustments and Addictive Drums instead of Ezdrummer.

Also the "Demon of the fall" part has ludicrously fast double kick to add to the whole parody element...(really the midi I had just had ridiculously fast double kick there and I didnt want to mess with it too much.)

I'll upload a .wav of it for you tonight Nathan.
