OK. I need a program for the computer that uses samples. But the samples have to be triggered off a keyboard (as in one for a computer, not the usual). The sounds are .wav files and need to be played instantly. Anyone know any freeware, or small program that can do that kinda junk?

A tracker, perhaps? I use Modplug Tracker for basically everything that I can't play or record in some form (and even then it often goes through the tracker as loops or samples or whatnot). I think it can record midi from a keyboard as well. Not sure about triggering samples from one, but newer versions may be able to.
