Netherlands versus Denmark and Germany versus Portugal tonight. The group of death! The Netherlands most likely will make it to the quarter finals, but Denmark and Portugal aren't easy. I'm a little exited.

I will more than likely be in the Netherlands for the semi-finals and the final of this tournament so I really wanted them to do well! That game against Denmark was not a good start to say the least. And this Germany - Portugal game is fairly boring as well. Bit cagey. Looking forward to the next few weeks alright though.

I refuse to watch England play football ever since they drew 0-0 with Algeria in 2010. This way I can never be disappointed again.

Ireland currently getting beaten 3-1 by Croatia. I genuinely believed we wouldn't score in this tournament so they're already exceeding my expectations! Everyone else seemed to think we would have a chance of beating Croatia.. and some people still think we can beat Italy, which is not gonna happen. People get so unrealistic about how we'll perform at big tournaments... Ah well. I said from the start I was gonna be shouting for Germany. They'll be overlords of most of Europe soon anyway so I figured I might as well get the Merkel jersey on early and go with the flow.
