this is Florian from Holland, glad to join this freak party!
I'm a metalhead-guitarist-turned-classical-composer from Germany. I live in Holland.
I've been a fan of The Dev for many years, and a while back the unthinkable happened when he sent me a mail asking if I would collaborate with him on Deconstruction.... when I could speak again, I hastened to assure him I'd have killed for such an opportunity! Life's pretty amazing.
So I ended up doing all the orchestrations for this monster album. I also did the transcriptions from Devin's ProTools tracks, together with Mike "Superman" St-Jean. I'm the long-haired dude in the "orchestra tracking" video on youtube. And yes, we got to hang out for an intense couple of insane, beautiful and inspiring days. Dreams DO come true!
Although I've been involved till over my head in this album, I share your excitement completely. This album is the end of all things!!! Very sorry everyone has to be patient still to hear what we already know (heh heh....).

My main thing is writing concert music, mainly orchestra stuff, but also large ensembles, chamber music, film, dance and multimedia stuff. I also play a lot still with all kinds of people and in a lot of different styles and collaborations.
