Not sure I'll get the 4th (Forza). Well I played the 3rd a lot more than I thought I would, but I find a lot of tracks really boring (most F1 tracks), and half of my playtime was probably on Fujimi Kaido alone (not drifting though), and I don't see myself doing 8 or 12 laps races on a track I don't like.
The 4th doesn't seem to add many interesting new tracks. Also the game lacks atmosphere, day/night, weather (Fujimi Kaido is great but new york and Mediterranean track feel "fake"), and an overall feeling that the world doesn't end at the limit of the track.
And I'm getting lost/sick of the various packages and DLC. It seems like it's the way video games evolve, well I seem to evolve without video games.

Recent purchase : a sandwich.

Yeah, I'm unsure whether to get Forza 4 or not. I loved 2 and really liked 3, even though I think I'm barely halfway in passing all of the available events. At some point it just becomes a grind to have to do the same tracks over and over in the same conditions. And drag racing was really boring and pointless. I haven't looked deep into 4, but if it doesn't address those issues I'm not sure I want it. I'm not terribly interested in more cars; if anything I want less because it makes me feel like there's a perfect car for each track out there which I'll never find because I'm not going to test each one.
