I'll spread the word, Pinkham!

Also I was naughty and opened a birthday card a few days early. It was from Britain's most violent prisoner. He included a drawing of himself saying happy birthday.

I er, wow.

My mum's announced that, inspired by a TV show about beautiful sheds; she wants to buy (a third) shed and turn it into a miniature pub called "The Screaming Pigeon". I see no fault in her logic.

"Knitmaster" might be the greatest job title ever!

It's a machine!!!!! 8) Gifted to me by an 85 year old woman who last used it about 5 years before I was born, you can bang out an adult-sized jumper in an evening on this thing.

My sister and I took our mum and 84 year old grandma out for the day on Thursday. This morning I received such a sweet thank you note from my grandma saying how proud she was of the women we've become :) ....I can't help but feel that message was slightly weakened by the fact that she unwittingly wrote it in a playboy bunny card! Haha, this is SO the sort of thing she does all the time, bless her!

Gotta love forgetful but loving grandmas. :) My grandma used to forget her purse all the time. She always called it her Curse Purse, haha.

Took my 13 year old sister to an extreme metal/hardcore gig, her first one ever (it was an all ages show). Not only did she hold her own in the mosh pit but she also had a blast. Even said it's some of the most fun she's ever had.

Somewhat drunk right now so I'll post more details about said gig and others in the applicable topic after sleep and regained sobriety.
