The lumpy kitty's x-rays came back clean. Still waiting on the biopsies but even if it is malignant, the less scary surgical options should be a viable option.

Postscript: redundancy package from old work came in today. Hot fucking damn, this and a steady wage should get rid of a few troubles for awhile!

^Superepichighfive!!

Me: woke up in Trondheim, Norway today ^___^ I am home! (for the summer that is...)
Coming home is like Christmas considering all the stuff I ordered online while I was away: 6 CDs, a handmade knit sweater, SO MUCH YARN and oh.. did I mention yarn? 4 kilos of it.

I got absolutely shitfaced after a tradeshow in April and harnessing the power of Dutch courage, I got chatting to a very well known tutor on the FX scene and he's asked me to assist for him week after next. VICTORY!

This is awesome, because it's a great problem to have, but after we found a buyer for our place, we've found what could be our dream housed real house (after A LOT of work). Our offer's in and I am pretty sure we'll get beaten to it, so currently playing the waiting game until Monday. Which gives us a whole day of dreaming and pretending it's going to happen :D

Failing that, I have absolutely no idea how we're going to find a house, as there's precisely nothing on the market at the moment. Still, it's freaking awesome that we're in this position at all, so I'm happy ;)

Pretty awesome... It's my birthday tomorrow. I'll be 24, which means only one more year until I can stopped getting raped so hard on my auto insurance rates. Hooray!

^Happy birthday! Yeah, getting older does have it's financial perks. Wait 'til you're 30.

Actually, don't wait. Enjoy this decade while you can. :P

Oh no worries, I will enjoy this decade to the fullest I'm able! I'm a patient dude, but being sedentary until 30 is not an option.

And thank you two for the well wishes.
