Pahtfinder - I remember seeing an ad for this a really long time ago and thinking it looked really cool. I only got like 20 minutes into before thinking it sucked and turning it off

I once told my girlfriend she looked like a pig and blew a raspberry on her stomach and called her "piggy" so it was only natural that we went and saw The Simpsons Movie a few days ago.

Great movie. I love The Simpsons. There's always a sense of purpose in that show which a lot of the alternatives (Family Guy, for example) don't seem to have.

RV.

Decent light entertainment. Robin Williams was on good form and there were certainly several good laugh out loud sequences. Also much general silliness.

The Prestige

Rivalry of two magicians.

Pretty good movie. I loved it how this movie wouldn't let you decide which side to take. Full of twists. Some you won't actually see coming.

8/10

All I know about this movie is what a friend told me... Apparently he and his friends saw it in theatres and there was a scene with an RV sinking in a lake, and he pointed at the screen and shouted "LOOK! IT'S ROBIN WILLIAM'S CAREER!" ...Yeah, guess he didn't like it.

that movie indeed is HORRIBLE. I watched it in theater and it was a total waste of money and time. And on DVD it's even longer...gosh, I feel so sorry for everybody who watched the extended version!!!

Oh yeah, there were many very silly parts. Light entertainment, as I said. My kids liked it for the mayhem and gross mess aspects. Mr Williams was probably best during the little bit of 'stand-up' at the end, when he looked most comfortable, and a few good jokes during the movie. But he's been better in some of the more serious roles he's played in recent years.

Full Metal Jacket - best war movie indeed. so many classic lines and scenes and everything. 2nd time I've seen it.

Lonely Hearts - kind of a cross between emotional drama thriller... except the drama was cheesy and nothing really thrilling happened. and it had john travolta. and the side plot with travolta's son/mistress didn't really go anywhere.

So far the only Kubrick I've seen is Full Metal Jacket and Clockwork Orange, I'd give FMJ 10/10 and Clockwork Orange 8/10, although part of that comes from reading the book afterwards and thinking the book was at least twice as amazing as the movie.

The Feast

Found in sale DVD basket and decided to give it a new home.

Pretty funny, decent bloodflow through the whole movie and nice plot.
Especially I liked the beginning of the movie, for a long time I haven't
remembered characters' names who I know/guess are going to die,
but this time they were presented in a way that really fit the movie, I think.

Mega points for Henry Rollins and costumier in this movie, omg

- Not worth of buying, unless found on sale
- Has practically no re-watching value
- Not a movie you'd watch on a date
- Has some funny parts and few parts where I wanted to vomit
- Good for a time-spending "let's have few beers and watch some middle class movie" -evening with guys (Honey Pie entertains you)

7+/10
