It's not just you though. You guys were keeping BlackBerry afloat even after their home country had abandoned them

They'll go bankrupt by this time next year btw

You Brits and your love of things that are hilariously not the market leaders (Archos, BlackBerry, Opera, etc.)

Commonly known as being awesome.
Except BlackBerry. That's where the line gets drawn, sorry Vi.

They've fallen off a bit, but yeah, they and Samsung as well as the Nexus are where it's at. Everything else makes Cody as SAAAAD panda.

We used to have one of those when I was a nipper! All I can think of seeing that one now is the old Directline adverts.
Got an old-skool phone in the office at work too (not a rotary one though) which is so rarely used it doesn't need updating. Red phone rings = emergency GTFO. Or for the trauma team to assemble for an incoming HEMS patient if I'm at Donny.

When i was a kid we DID NOT HAVE A PHONE AT ALL!!!

then when i was about 5 or so we had a 'party line' with the next door neighbours - which was a lot less ec=xciting than it sounds - not sure how it worked but it was some kind of shared line between households, which all went awry really quicly because the woman next door was having loads of affairs and every time we picked up the phone she would be purring phone sex to one of her suitors (she wore wigs a lot - that was a common thing back in the early 70's - she had a full head of nice hair, but wore wigs a lot... who knows?) so then my parents knew all about al her indiscretions and it was awkward, and then there was a big row between her and my mother where she challenged my mother that she knew all about her affairs as well... It was ugly. Then my mother left and the next door lady left and the party line phone was discontinued.
Fucking telephones. Seldom bring harmony.

We had a rotary phone when I was young. I always preferred it to the touch pad for some reason. My child-like love of turning the dial, I suppose.

I don't own a cell phone. Hate these things. Everyone I know is constantly sitting around checking their cell phones. Very annoying behavior...

My androidy phone is kinda similiar to that, in regard of spending most of the time with wire plugged in.

Un-awesome: Animals of Leaders got ten pricey guitars stolen. I'm guessing they'll be found soon though, since they're mostly unique, custom made instruments. Any moron trying to sell them will get caught instantly I think.
