A map twice the size of Arkham City. This should be awesome!

sounds very good indeed. Rocksteady won't do it this time however. Hope it'll still be great.

Well, they did consult with Rocksteady, so it should be (ideally) similar enough.

There I was, getting excited about the eventual HD re-release (with tonnes of extra stuff) of Kingdom Hearts 1 when I find out there's probably going to be one for KH2 as well! KH2 would be, without a doubt, in my list of favourite 5 games ever if I did such a list.

A friend loaned me his copy of Dead Island, so now I can play it instead of hearing about it.

Pretty good so far, I've made it up to the Level 4 zombies (after an hour and a half), and like the replay value by having different characters to choose from.

I'll buy it myself eventually; also curious to see how well Riptide fares.

Three new GTA V trailers in one. All about the main characters this time. :)

Jesus, why didn't they just call the first one Tony and be done with it? :?

Second character looked cliched as all hell, but Trevor looks MUCH more promising. I think I'm going to like Trevor a lot.

Also huge props for the Radio Ga Ga in the soundtrack.

Despite the negatives, I still can't wait and it looks sweet.

Yeah, something tells me my nihilistic love of chaos in GTA means more Trevor. Still, Michael will be interesting, beause he'll be the first GTA character with everything to lose (when you compare all other previous protagonists). Franklin... he might be good; at least he's not a carbon copy CJ.

So much want. The distinctly different backgrounds and living environments already look to me like it'll be fscking massive. Can't wait to lose myself in there. :)

Also, got back into Fallout New Vegas and instantly remembered why I quit playing. Well, besides Skyrim's appearance, that is. I left it in the middle of the Dead Money DLC, which I really disliked. All belongings taken from you, no way to fast travel and a constant lack of supplies. The story of it is decent, but that type of survival environment doesn't appeal me. Still, I got through that and am now thoroughly enjoying the Honest Hearts DLC, which doesn't have those restrictions Dead Money forces upon you.

I'm with you there in terms of the GTA environment. Looks like it will be more expansive than IV. Despite my gripes I'm expecting it to be immense fun!

I dug out a copy of Company of Heroes - despite really liking RTS games I'd never really played it for some reason. Good fun. I didn't realise it was so much about possession of territory, which is providing a nice change of pace from the whole Starcraft style of RTS. The macro becomes something completely different, with more focus on laying mines, seeking cover, setting up defences etc. I like.

has anyone given Bioshock Infinite a go yet?
And GTA5 should be good. I expect Rockstar to iron out all the frustrating aspects of GTA4 and I'm quite confident that #5 will be awesome.

I really want Bioshock Infinite, I don't know much about the other two (aside from I'm told they're really good) but the look of this new one really appeals to me.

The new GTA looks fun, Trevor's story looks like it'll be a right laugh. I like off-the-wall characters like him in anything.

Finished Dead Island with Sam B. Overall not a bad game, but not perfect. The final mission drove me into a rage; then again, anything involving hordes of infected zombies or rams usually piss me off immediately.
Foolishly decided to play the Ryder White DLC after the campaign, and had to stop as I was consistently shouting at the TV, mainly as the Infected kept appearing out of literally nowhere every three seconds.
Maybe it's just me, but that campaign crosses the line between challenging and just plain unfair.

Yep. If you don't expect too much from it it's a decent dumb shooter with great looks and story that tries to be deep. There's a bit of backtracking and fatiguing arena and boss fights but game isn't too hard - you can't die, just like in the first Bioshock.

I did expect things (well internet collectively climaxed over this game) and contrast between art/production values and gameplay that has about 8 bits of depth was pretty shocking. Blowing heads off hundreds of people and scavenging trashcans for coins and sandwiches, then some NPC tries to say something profound and it doesn't work really. I wonder if people singing all the pretty songs to this game knew they're working on Smash-Murder Simulator 2013.

Did you co-op'd or played single? Tried to cross the thing by myself but found it utterly dull after a while. Uninstalled the game after reaching the prison, couldn't stomach anymore grindy zombie stabbing.

BTW Zeno Clash 2 is as mental as expected. There's a bird with teeth, guy that pretends to be a tree and plenty of other madness. Plays pretty well too, once you learn couple of basic moves (or even combos).

Cool combo gif stolen from escapist forums:

It's also more open than the first one, altough not very - developing team was pretty small.

Hmmm, OK, cheers. The thing is...I'm not really in the mood for a FPS right now anyways and it would have to be a really, really good one to make me want to play it.
