Neurot are a bit notorious for random service, but they're a small unit and presumably have a lot of other stuff to organise right now re: Neurosis.
Was it one of the older shirts? I assume they've only got limited stock of those. I'm sorta worried now since when they put up the new vinyl I'm thinking of ordering one of each of the new merch designs! aha.
