So I'll see you all after the apocalypse.

If you happen to hear yelling, screaming and distant explosions over the eastern horizon, take no notice.

Just me going berserk in the Capital Wasteland once more. :)

Trials: Evolution. If you own an xBox, spend the money for the 1200 Microsoft Points and get this game. It's so much fucking fun. And the 4-player local races are fantastic...

Just be sure to turn off the soundtrack. Ugh. It's easily the best game with the worst music of all time.

This is true... We've got big woofers in the living room though so they're usually drowning out the TV when anyone is playing arcade games anyway.

I just started playing Batman: Arkham City... oh my dear lord. I haven't had this much fun gaming in quite a while. My gf bought a xbox 360 from a friend for $150 and it came with Arkham City, Bioshock, and Skyrim. Not a bad deal.

I also bought the Jak and Daxter HD Collection on the Playstation Store. I never had a PS or PS2 so I'm working my way through the classics.

I know I'm late by a month (which on an internet calendar is several decades), but I've finally started playing Mass Effect 3. My cousin bought it on launch day and finished it twice in a week, and he's been nagging me to play it. I waited a while for the face importation bug to be fixed (which it has been, at least for my character), and until I could read the tie-in novels, which I'm told are referenced heavily in the game. The game itself is great; I've grown so accustomed to the characters over the years that seeing them all for the final time is both wonderful and a little sad, and the gameplay is tighter and more varied than before, like a good blend of ME1 and 2. I know everyone on the internet got together and decided they hated the ending for whatever reason, and maybe I won't like it either, but hey. There's free DLC coming out to boost it, and even if there wasn't, why do people care that much? Deus Ex: Human Evolution was a great game and a prequel to one of my favourite games of all time, and it had the worst endings I've ever seen in a modern game. It's a shame, yeah, but I just shrugged and got on with my life. People trying to take the company to court is a little extreme. Or maybe I'll hate the ending so much I'll agree with them all! I'll find out in a few weeks/months, I suppose!

I think I'm going to start over in Skyrim, leaving my previous 166 hours behind. I'm not sure if I should, though.

I just realised that I lost my Morrowind savegame when I reinstalled some shit. I should probably dig through some backups and find it.

I've not begun with ME3 either, I have a Mojave wasteland to explore/exploit first. Which so far is fairly awesomesauce.
