I hunted the spambot... tricky devil that he was. :P Sorry to hear of your work horrors Tonya... but it sounds like you could get a job in Ireland fixing Leechy's back. (Hope it gets better soon.)

Shall I work you over with my supple hands?

Just kidding. Hope you recover quickly!

The cellar at work is under 3ft of shitty water. Guess what my job is today? Clearing it. Grand. I can't whinge though, others have ended up much worse. :(
It was insane, never seen weather like it. It was literally a wall of water, as I stood at the kitchen door watching it I could hardly see me hand at arms length through it. Just an absolutely massive electrical storm- Crazy.

Just be glad you weren't down here last summer. That being said, being flooded is shitty no matter where you are.
Hopefully you guys won't come out too worse for wear.

Thank you Comedy Central, for blocking Australian web access to The Daily Show and Colbert Report.
To try and watch, one can either:
Use a HTTP Proxy, which is extremely slow and unreliable
Dowload via torrent, which places you up there with Stalin as an evil criminal, or
Pay money every month to the Murdoch Empire (among others) to watch legitimately via cable.

irony of ironies all is irony

Have you tried more cowbell?

Kidding aside, that sucks ass. If you haven't already, you should probably see a doctor.

Agreed. A fever for that long a time could mean some kind of bacterial infection.

We had serious downpour today. The A303 flooded to a depth of 18 inches in places and visibility down to about 20 feet.
Which may not sound as extreme, admittedly, but as I was driving on the A303 pulling a livestock trailer full of pigs at the time, it had its un-awesome moments.

That's not the marinade he was shooting for, I reckon.
