In a similar theme, I was gonna say I had lost my 300mm for about a month now and feared I left it on location somewhere; but I found it in my airing cupboard last week so I shall say that I have just managed to smack myself in the mouth with my laptop. That sucked.

I'm 35 and can grow a pretty good beard, but I still have to acknowledge the beard skills. Nice one.

I'm 27 and it still takes me a month to grow something more than a 5 o'clock shadow. Then again, under my chin and the sides grow quicker than the rest; and it's multi-colored to boot; brown/red/orange main, blond/orange goatee.

Something actually un-awesome: my workplace recently decided to become even more aggressive in controlling trivialities in performance management. All because a few lax employees are continually acting like morons; just one example, we have our normal breaks and lunches, and up to 15 minutes a day to use the toilet in other circumstances; there are people who use allocated personal [toilet] break time to go smoke and/or make instant coffee (one person took 5 minutes just to make one); or the gym junkie retard who uses the same time to clean his breakfast bowl, and/or take steroids/protein powder.
I've also been managed for having some difficulty in the past couple of weeks for the above, but at least I can justify myself reasonably.

I'm so sorry for you Silje. The treatment has come a really long way though, and it's still getting better; your loved one will be able to live a fairly normal life.

Thanks.. Actually found out that another one is HIV-positive as well. They were a couple. He's been losing a lot of weight the last year, 16 kg or more, and been hospitalized a couple of times. He's been saying that the weight is because of him working so much, that he's very stressed etc, but I guess that wasn't the truth. The other one seems to be fine-ish. Just hope he doesn't get the flu or anything.
